THE CONTROL LOGIC
A final inspection cannot decide whether the fabric feels right, whether a waistband was intended to feel firm, or where a logo should sit if those details were never approved in the first place.
For SunSync, QC begins by locking the product information that production is expected to reproduce: the approved sample, measurement specification, fabric and color direction, construction details, branding, trims and packing requirements.
The clearer the reference, the more meaningful the inspection.
FABRIC & SHADE
Incoming fabric is compared against the approved material direction before it becomes part of the garment. Surface defects, shade variation, hand feel, weight and product-specific performance requirements are reviewed according to the product.
MEASUREMENT & FIT
Measurement control follows the approved specification, defined tolerance and the way the product is intended to fit rather than relying on a generic pass/fail assumption.
CONSTRUCTION & WORKMANSHIP
Seam quality, stitch condition, reinforcement, trims and product-specific construction are reviewed while the order is still moving through production. The objective is to stop drift early enough to correct it.

CATEGORY-SPECIFIC QC
A UV jacket, yoga legging, performance top and swimsuit may share the same control system, but
they do not share the same technical risks. QC must follow the product.
Outdoor programs may require closer attention to shell surface, seam treatment, zipper operation, hood balance, pocket construction, drawcords, insulation distribution and project-specific performance requirements.
Yoga and activewear checks follow the approved stretch and recovery, opacity, waistband and gusset construction, and the intended fit during movement.
Performance sportswear is compared to the approved construction, seam placement and range of movement. Moisture management and ventilation are checked where specified by the project.
Swimwear checks follow the approved lining, wet stretch and recovery, elastic and support, and print or branding. Testing requirements are defined for the product.

The objective is not to make an inspection report look perfect. It is to keep the finished order close to the product the buyer actually approved — and make deviations visible early enough to manage them.
