Two Ways to Work with Us

Start with what you already have. SunSync connects the right level of development support to your project stage.

ODM

Our Development. Your Brand.

Choose ODM when you have an idea, reference image or market direction, but not a complete technical package.

  • Concept and design adaptation
  • Fabric and color recommendations
  • Pattern, sample and fit development
  • Branding, packaging and production support

OEM

Your Design. Our Manufacturing.

Choose OEM when your approved design, Tech Pack or physical sample is ready for technical review and manufacturing.

  • Tech Pack and feasibility review
  • Material sourcing and pattern development
  • Sampling, fit adjustment and PP sample
  • Bulk production, QC, packing and shipment

OEM vs ODM: Which Development Route Fits Your Project?

The core distinction is simple: ODM helps shape the product; OEM executes a more complete product specification.

What We Can Customize

From fabric to packaging, options are reviewed against product use, technical suitability and project feasibility.

Fabric

Composition, weight, stretch, handfeel, knit or woven, finishes and functional direction.

Color & Print

Color references, solid dyeing and suitable print routes reviewed by product and fabric.

Fit & Pattern

Pattern development, grading, measurement review, silhouette adjustment and fit revisions.

OEM & ODM Frequently Asked Questions

Concise answers to common product development, sampling and production-route questions.

ODM begins with an idea, reference or market direction and includes more product-development support. OEM begins with a more complete design, sample or Tech Pack and focuses on technical review and manufacturing execution.

If your product is still taking shape, ODM is usually the clearer starting point. If your specifications are already production-ready, OEM may be more direct. The readiness selector above helps you choose.

A complete Tech Pack is the strongest OEM starting point. SunSync can also review an approved physical sample, technical drawing or specification sheet and identify information still needed before sampling.

Reference images can support an ODM discussion. Share the intended use, fit, fabric direction, target market and quantity so the team can assess feasibility without copying protected designs.

Functional material routes can be reviewed by product use, availability and documentation needs. Final claims and test requirements must be confirmed against the selected material.

MOQ depends on product category, fabric route, color allocation, decoration, trims and packaging. It is reviewed by project rather than published as one unsupported number.

Timing is indicative and depends on product complexity, material availability, number of revisions and approval speed. A practical schedule is confirmed after the development brief is reviewed.

Bulk work is released only after required materials, fit, workmanship, branding and PP sample approvals are recorded. Production then follows the approved specification and quality checkpoints.
