Production Plan & Schedule
Tell us when your order needs to ship — or when it needs to arrive. We work backward through every step to build a clear, realistic and reliable production plan for your collection.
Work backward from your target date
SunSync starts with the buyer’s target delivery date and works backward to determine the approvals, material readiness and production windows required to protect it.
From development to delivery, every step is planned and controlled.

Different project needs, different timelines. We tailor the plan to match your goals.

Shorter development cycle

Balance of flexibility and development speed

More development stages may be required before bulk production

| Variable | Why It Changes the Schedule | How We Manage It |
|---|---|---|
| Custom Fabric | Knitting / dyeing / finishing may be required. | Confirm material route before sampling. |
| Pantone Color / Lab Dip | Color matching and approval require additional steps. | Submit lab dips before bulk dyeing. |
| Custom Print | Strike-off approval is required before bulk printing. | Lock artwork, placement and scale early. |
| Special Trims | Custom zipper / hardware / accessories require sourcing. | Begin sourcing during sample development. |
| Complex Construction | Bonding, seam taping, welding, special stitching or multiple operations add process steps. | Review construction complexity before quotation and production booking. |
| Buyer Revisions | Changes after approval reopen approved specifications. | Freeze specifications before PP approval. |
| Peak Season | Production capacity becomes more limited. | Reserve production slots earlier. |
Refit transparency, so you go faster with confirmed specifications.
Once fit, construction, artwork, trims and packaging are already established, several development steps do not need to be repeated.
Key factors that influence the schedule for each product type.

Full transparency, so you always know where your order stands.
A typical plan may include 7–10 days for design and sampling, 7–15 days for material preparation, 20–35 days for bulk production and 3–5 days for quality control, plus approval and shipping time. The confirmed schedule depends on style complexity, quantity, material readiness and approval speed.
Bulk production lead time is confirmed after the PP / TOP sample, final fabric, color and trims, size breakdown, order quantity and bulk order confirmation or deposit are locked.
It can. A revision may reopen fit, construction, artwork or material decisions and move the approval date used to build the production calendar.
It can. Custom fabric may require knitting, dyeing or finishing before sampling or bulk preparation can be completed.
Custom color matching adds lab-dip submission and approval steps. Timing depends on the material, color target and approval response.
They can be easier to schedule because fit, construction, artwork, trims and packaging may already be established. Material reconfirmation and production booking are still required.
Urgent requests are reviewed case by case against material availability, product complexity, approval readiness and current production capacity.
Shipping is planned as a separate stage unless it is specifically included in the confirmed schedule. The method and destination determine the shipping window.
